  1. Post-punk quartet the Futureheads -- Barry Hyde, Ross Millard, David "Jaff" Craig and Dave Hyde - formed in 2000 in Sunderland, in the North of England.
  2. Their version of Kate Bush's 'Hounds of Love' was named single of the year by NME in 2005.
  3. The title song of their 2006 album 'News and Tributes' concerns the 1958 airline crash that killed eight members of the Manchester United soccer team.
