Five Things About Grizzly Bear
1. The 'Yellow House' LP was recorded in singer Ed Droste's mother's house in Boston.
2. Met the TV on the Radio guys by working at a Williamsburg coffee shop.
3. The band's name comes from Ed Droste's ex's nickname (at least that is what they made up).
4. The record was self-produced and recorded on ProTools, D.I.Y.-style.
5. Their first record, 'Horn of Plenty,' was reinterpreted by the likes of Dntel, Solex and Matmos.
